SCOREKEEPER OFFICIAL RULES
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sponsor / Administrator: Muve Properties LLC, 1140 Thorn Run Rd, PO Box 1027, Coraopolis, PA 15108. These rules govern the MuveMint ScoreKeeper Vault sweepstakes and related prize drawings (the “Sweepstakes”).
1. Who May Enter
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the United States and who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state). Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent or affiliate companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Noncompliance with any rule will result in disqualification.
2. Acceptance of Rules
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Sweepstakes Overview & Timing
The Sweepstakes runs in repeating cycles tied to the Vault Meter Points (VMP) and the Vault’s VMP Milestones. When a Vault (e.g., TCG or Sports Vault) reaches a specified VMP Milestone or maximum VMP, that Vault’s cycle closes and the next cycle begins (the “Sweepstakes Period” for that cycle). The Sponsor’s website database is the official record for VMP and XP tallies.
4. How to Enter
a. Online (Automatic XP Entries)
During a Sweepstakes Period, every eligible purchase made at https://MuveMint.com will generate XP entries at the rate of 1 XP per $10.00 (U.S. dollars) of the eligible pre-tax purchase amount, excluding shipping, handling and after discounts. XP totals are viewable in the ScoreKeeper XP Tracker on the Site.

Bonus Opportunities. Sponsor may run time-limited bonus XP promotions (e.g., double XP on qualifying releases) and live-stream giveaways. Participation in livestreams when a Vault Milestone hits may award live attendees an additional entry per person as announced during the stream.
b. Mail-In Entry
To enter without purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email, and the specific Vault or Leaderboard you wish to enter on a 3” x 5” postcard. Mail in a standard #10 business envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and will be entered immediately upon receipt into the current Vault cycle they seek to enter and will be treated as one (1) XP entry each. Only one Vault or Leaderboard may be selected per postcard. Bulk submissions or use of a third party to submit entries is prohibited.

General Entry Rules. Automated or mechanically reproduced entries are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or otherwise nonconforming will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Fraud; Right to Disqualify
Any attempt to obtain entries by fraudulent means, to purchase entries with the intent to return qualifying purchases, or otherwise manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification and possible banning from future Sponsor promotions. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in bad faith.
6. Prize Types and Odds
Prize types and quantities vary by Vault cycle. For the XP Leaderboard, each cycle there are three (3) leaderboard prizes: 1st Place = $100 coupon; 2nd Place = $50 coupon; 3rd Place = $25 coupon. For the Vault Chest, each cycle there are ten (10) vault prizes: 1st Draw = $150 coupon; 2nd Draw = $100 coupon; 3rd Draw = $50 coupon; 4th Draw = $25 coupon; 5th Draw = $10 coupon giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate); 6th Draw = $10 coupon giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate); 7th Draw = 10 XP giveaway to live chat (no XP requiredto participate); 8th Draw = 10 XP giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate); 9th Draw = 10 XP giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate); 10th Draw = 10 XP giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate). For the VMP Milestones, each cycle there are six (6) prizes: Milestone 1 (Part 1) = $50 coupon; Milestone 1 (Part 2) = 10 XP giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate); Milestone 2 (Part 1) = $50 coupon; Milestone 2 (Part 2) = 10 XP giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate); Milestone 3 (Part 1) = $50 coupon; Milestone 3 (Part 2) = 10 XP giveaway to live chat (no XP required to participate). Prize values are approximations of fair retail value; Sponsor’s valuation is final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Prize coupons are valid for one (1) month after the issue date.
7. Winner Selection, Notification & Claiming
Winners for Vault Chest and VMP Milestone drawings will be selected by random drawing from eligible XP entries and will be done on the livestream. Giveaway winners will be selected by random drawing from eligible active viewer entries (1 entry per viewer) and will be done on the livestream. XP Leaderboard positions will be determined by the amount of accumulated XP per cycle for each participant. Potential winners will be notified by online messaging, phone, email, and/or U.S. mail. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, declines a prize, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winners must comply with these Official Rules and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
8. Taxes and Other Expenses
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with prize acceptance or use. Where required by law, Sponsor will issue appropriate tax forms.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, where lawful, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, city and state, likeness, and any prize-related statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim, loss or liability arising out of participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Except where prohibited by law, Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or interruptions in the entry process, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, printing or typographical errors, or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
California entrants waive the protections of Civil Code §1542 to the extent permitted by law.
11. Disputes; Governing Law; Jury Trial Waiver
Except where prohibited, all disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and adjudicated solely in state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive the right to jury trials and to participate in class actions.
12. Severability; Amendment
If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules for any reason where necessary for the administration or fairness of the Sweepstakes or to comply with law.

To view the name (username or first name and last initial) of the winners after each Vault cycle, visit the XP Tracker page on the Sponsor’s website.
14. Additional Terms
Manufacturer or distributor of any prize is not affiliated with Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, or any other social platform.
