SHIPPING POLICY

At MuveMint, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. Below is a breakdown of our shipping policies, methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.

​1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and preferences:

 

  • USPS Ground Advantage:  3-7 business days (domestic)     [USPS Rate or $7.00]

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Free Shipping Over $50):  3-7 business days (domestic)     [Free]

​3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery. If your location has any specific shipping restrictions, please contact our customer service team.

 

5. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

7. Combined or Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together depending on stock availability and warehouse locations. However if your second order was after your first package label was created you will receive two separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Items marked as pre-order or backorder will be shipped once they become available. You will be notified if your order is delayed due to inventory issues.

​9. Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subjected to a 6% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made, the refund processing fee, and applicable restocking fees. Cancellations will only be approved if the order's label has not been purchased or printed and the items are sealed in their original packaging.
